PROBLEM Selling Products without update Facilities
HEADLINE Enzer GPS bought but there is no update Facility
THE INCIDENT

About 2 Years ago I bought a Enzer GPS GALILEO at Pick 'n Pay Greenstone.
I was assured by the Salesstaff ,that i can get updates for the installed Roadmaps from the
Website of ENZER. On the Enzer Website there was in the last 2 Years no new Updates only always
the same old Updates ??
There is some 5 Year old suburbs near Edenvale ,where a lot of Roads are missing on the Roadmaps
This is unacceptable and the Phonenumber of Enzer on the Website does not work ??

Over the moon: I received a Phonecall from Rakesh and was told that I can exchange the Enzer GPS for a Garmin.I am happy about this exchange.
